Ingredients:
- 1 cup Jamun (pitted)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup yogurt or
- almond milk
- 1-2 tbsp honey or
- maple syrup (optional)
- A pinch of salt
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine pitted Jamun, banana, yogurt/almond milk, honey/maple syrup, and a pinch of salt in a blender.
- Add ice cubes if desired and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
