Ingredients:
- 2-3 drumsticks (moringa pods), chopped
- 1 onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies (optional)
- 1 potato, 1 carrot, diced
- 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- Salt, pepper, olive oil/butter
- Fresh coriander leaves (optional)
Instructions:
- Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and chilies.
- Add drumsticks, potato, carrot, and broth. Simmer until veggies are tender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
