Ingredients:
- 2-3 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- Diced Vegetables
Instructions:
- Beat eggs, add salt and pepper.
- Heat butter or oil in a pan.
- Pour beaten eggs into the pan.
- As edges set, lift with a spatula to let uncooked egg flow underneath.
- Add vegetable fillings to one side.
- Fold the Omelette in half.
- Cook until done to your liking.
Slide onto a plate and enjoy!
