Ingredients:
- 150g paneer, cubed
- 2 tbsp crushed peanuts
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp each of cumin, coriander, turmeric, and red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- Lemon wedges (optional)
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Marinate paneer in yogurt, spices, and salt for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a grill pan.
- Thread marinated paneer onto skewers and grill for 3-4 minutes each side.
- Dry roast peanuts until golden.
- Sprinkle roasted peanuts over grilled paneer.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
