Ingredients:
- 1 cup soaked black chickpeas
- Chopped onion, tomato, cucumber
- Grated carrot
- Green chili (to taste)
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Lemon juice
- Chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, salt
- Optional: Tamarind chutney, Sev
Instructions:
- Boil soaked chickpeas until soft, then drain and cool.
- Mix chickpeas with chopped veggies, coriander, and green chili.
- Add lemon juice, chaat masala, roasted cumin, and salt. Toss well.
- Optionally, add tamarind chutney for tanginess.
- Garnish with sev before serving for crunch.
