Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves (coriander leaves)
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1-2 green chilies (adjust to taste)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (roasted if possible)
- Salt to taste
- 1-2 tbsp water (as needed)
Instructions:
- Blend Ingredients: Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Add Water: Add a little water to help blend the chutney to a smooth consistency.
- Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve or Store: Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
