Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans, corn), finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- Spices: cumin seeds, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Bread crumbs or roasted gram flour (besan)
- Oil for shallow frying
Instructions:
- Mix mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, onion, green chilies, ginger, garlic, and coriander leaves.
- Add spices and salt. Mix well.
- Shape into patties, coat with bread crumbs or besan.
- Shallow fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
