Ingredients:
- Carrot - 50 gm
- Capsicum - 50 gm
- Broccoli/Beans - 50 Gm, Paneer 50 Gm
- 4 Garlic Crushed
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Corn flour
- Salt
- Oil
Instructions:
- Make paste 2 tsp corn flour + 5 tbsp water 1 tsp soya sauce, oregano 1/4 tsp salt
- In a wok add 1 tbsp oil +garlic
- Fry rest of veggies sautéing
- Add 5 tbsp water cook it
- 10 min later add paste of (soy, corn flour water, oregano, salt)
- Cook 5 min add sautéed paneer
Mix well
