Ingredients:
- Carrot - 50 Gm
- Capsicum - 50 Gm
- Peas/Beans - 50 gm
- Sprouts - 50 Gm
- Poha Soaked - 50 Gm (not raw/approx 15 tbsp)
- Salt
- Oil - 1 tsp
Instructions:
- Fry onion in oil 1 tsp + regular poha tadka(Rai, Udad, chilly + curry leaves)
- Add sprouts
- 5 min later add sprout mix well
- Cook 5 min add poha, turmeric, salt
Mix well
