Ingredients:
- 50g paneer (cubed)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 1 onion, garlic, ginger
- Spices: cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric, chili powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and cumin seeds in olive oil.
- Add vegetables, spices, broth, and water. Simmer for 10-15 mins.
- Add paneer and simmer for 5 mins.
